Knauf SpanShield is standard plasterboard made from a core of gypsum sandwiched between two layers of heavy-duty recycled paper. The face paper is colored ivory ready for paint or wallpaper finish.

SpanShield is a 10mm plasterboard for use as an internal wall and ceiling lining suitable for residential and commercial applications. Designed to span internal ceiling joists or furring channels up to 600mm without sagging, it is particularly suited as an internal ceiling lining.

SpanShield has been independently certified by Global GreenTag to GreenRate Level A, recognized by the GBCA for Materials and VOC credits and by the NZGBC.
